Selkirk Mountain Experience

Your Mountain Guide

Selkirk Mountain Experience is working together with a small and carefully selected team of professional guides. Each guide is an interesting, knowledgeable, adaptable and friendly individual. All have fulfilled the certification program as a professional guide. Further each guide has many years active experience in guiding in familiar and unfamiliar complicated alpine terrain. All guides have completed an intensive apprenticeship with Selkirk Mountain Experience to further enhance their skills in guiding techniques, hazard management, professional observation of snow and avalanche safety, poor weather guiding, mountain rescue, guest care and travel-strategy management. All of these skills are updated annually.
